I agree to the appointment being offered to

Stowbloobc Smith for three rours, on basis of parent Symm Hong Kong funds of his basic salary, plus duty alsovaude of 2350 sterling per annua He would receivo, in addition, nigh cost of living allowance and quarters would be provided, if available, at vent M oquivalent to 12 per cent of his salary, If quarters are not available, he will receive allowance in lieu in accordance with General Orders.
